If you were born between the years of 1984 and 1988, watch the video below. I found this on the Huffington Post website yesterday and watching this short, less than 2 minute ad brings back some real memories. While I currently don't use Internet Explorer as my main web-browsing tool, I definitely appreciate the individuals who put this piece together. Who knows? Maybe next week I'll make the switch?
Slap bracelets! Floppy disks! The Oregon Trail?! Dial up internet! (although I definitely do NOT miss that!) Yin Yang necklaces - and who you chose to share it with was a big deal! Pocket Pets - I remember asking my sister to feed and help clean up my pet if I was going to be busy...
What are your favorite memories from the ad above? Anything huge you think is missing?
Um.. I had my tamagotchi for like 3 years. And we used to play Oregon Trail in school. I remember the sweet song of dial up internet and getting kicked off, AOL chat rooms.. oh the 90s.

this is SUCH a good commercial. I almost feel bad that I really like Google Chrome and have no reason to stop using.
I do not appreciate that they told me I grew up, though. I did NOT grow up!! I never will!! :)
Hahahaha I forgot about our pocket pets hahaha
