I finally decided to throw in the towel on
the book I have been struggling to read since the beginning of the year. I kept trying and trying to get into it, but it just wasn't happening. I'm interested in the subject but found myself feeling like I was being forced into reading this, not enjoying it. I've decided to keep the book in hopes that I will try again in the future, but to be honest I should probably just place it in our "Garage Sale" pile we're putting together. We'll see what happens.
After reading just a few pages Sunday night I decided it's time to call it quits.
Now that I've put that book away, I'm itching to start on something I'll enjoy reading again! I love getting suggestions from others, so what are some books you've read that you've loved or recommend?
Mystery, drama, nonfiction, fiction...I'm a lover of all genres!
Reading suggestions...GO!

OH YOU KNOW I HAVE AN OPINION. haha
Have you read Where'd You Go, Bernadette? I just finished that one and I LOVED it. What about Gone Girl? The Fault In Our Stars? All were my faves from the past year.
:)
Have you ever read the Art of Racing in the Rain? Super sad but you would love it. Also, I highly recommend The Room.
Beneath the Marble Sky by John Shors. Its a really good one about the Taj Mahal and the love story that inspired its building. Love love love it!
1000 gifts & Les Mis & the Harry Potter series!
I DEFINITELY "second" ROOM and Gone Girl if you have not read either. Both are SUUUUUUUUUUUUCH amazing books!!
I've heard good things about Art of Racing in the Rain.
My SIL gifted me Divergent as a Christmas gift (it's similar to The Hunger Games) I tried getting into it but wasn't so successful... Will have to try again sometime else!
And do you read Emily Giffin?? I'm not always in the mood for chicklit as I'm SUPER picky with authors' writing styles but I think she is AMAZING.
Right now I'm reading like five books. I'm trying to finish up the 3rd Girl With the Dragon Tattoo book and a few "boring" nonfiction health (paleo and thyroid topics) and relationship (The 5 Love Languages) books!
