The weekend I never knew

I don't know what happened between 5PM on Friday afternoon and 8AM this Monday morning!  To say this weekend flew by would be an extreme understatement. Russ and I were sitting on the couch last night after eating dinner wondering where the weekend went.  It was a fun and productive one, we just didn't have any down time.  We didn't get around to eating dinner until 9 which is extremely unusual for us (I know, we're secretly 60)!

Saturday was spent shopping with my Mom and in the evening we went over to a friends house for a get-together.

Sunday Russ & I ran errands and did some shopping at Target and Home Depot which are both extremely dangerous stores for us to go into together.  We've been searching and searching for curtains for our guest bedroom and I think we finally found some we like.  Once we got home we went to work on cleaning up the garage (we may be getting our new driveway this week/weekend!), getting laundry done, working on deciding on which curtains to choose, and getting dinner ready and cleaning up the kitchen.

Not all that eventful of a weekend, but it was definitely productive!

at least someone got to relax a little.
